Building Surveys

Part of our services is the detailed measurement of building, including drawings of the existing providing property with varying levels of detail from basic room sizes to full details showing window cill and head heights, door heights, floor to floor heights, direction of joists, details of roof construction, position of incoming services, drainage and more.

Domestic Alterations

We provide diagrams and detailed drawings for potential internal alterations, submitting and obtaining building regulation approval and liaising with Contractors on your behalf to ensure high quality of work.

Domestic Extensions

We provide full plans and elevations, submitting on your behalf and obtaining planning permission from the local authority, provide full building regulation and construction drawings obtaining full plans approval from the local authority, as well as working with Contractors to make sure you get the extension you want.

Garages & Outbuildings

We provide full drawings for new detached or attached garages or outbuildings obtaining the necessary planning and building regulation approvals.

Loft Conversions

We provide schematic and detailed drawings for loft conversions, maximising your property's true space potential, obtaining building regulation approval and liaising with Contractors on your behalf.

New Builds

We offer full Architectural services for the design and detailing of new build dwellings, schematic layouts, planning drawings and process, building regulation drawings and process, construction detailing, Contractor and third party liaison along with site supervision to ensure the build is to your exact requirements.

Bespoke Dwellings

If you are aspiring to build yourself a unique one-off home we offer full Architectural services for the design and detailing, schematic layouts, planning drawings and process, building regulation drawings and process, construction detailing, Contractor and third party liaison along with site supervision to ensure the build is to your exact requirements.

Party Wall Awards

We provide impartial advice on all Party Wall Matters, pre-commencement appraisals, and preparation and service of valid Party Wall Notices. We can act as Party Wall Surveyor for either Adjoining Owners or Building Owners as well as the agreed Party Wall Surveyor. We also undertake Schedules of Condition surveys. We prepare and negotiate Party Wall Awards (Agreements).
